This policy describes how Integra collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data it receives through this website and its contact channels, in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and related regulations.

Through the forms on this site we collect the data the person provides voluntarily: name, company, email, phone, role, company type, country of operation and the content of the message. We also record the date of the request and technical connection data needed to prevent abuse.

Queries and claims can be submitted through the contact form, indicating the data subject’s name, a description of the request and a means to receive a response. Queries are answered within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, extendable as provided by law.

Data may be processed by technology providers that deliver hosting, email and processing services to Integra, under confidentiality and security obligations.

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Data is kept as long as necessary for the purposes described and for the periods required by law.
